Before we set the table.
Booking & confirmation
Bookings require at least 7 days’ advance notice. A 50% deposit confirms your event. Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event.
Minimum guests & smaller gatherings
Catering services and live counters have a minimum of 30 guests. Smaller gatherings can be accommodated with adjusted pricing; contact the team for intimate event packages.
Dietary needs & custom menus
Custom requests are welcome, subject to chef approval. Share dietary restrictions and allergies when booking. Special requests may carry additional charges.
Service & setup
The team arrives 2 hours before service. The venue must provide adequate kitchen and service space, plus power and water access.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Within 7 days, the refund is 50%. Within 48 hours, there is no refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
